Bloating

Animal foods and sugar are the biggest culprits
for bloating.
So called “bad bacteria” thrive on these foods,
and they produce toxic gas in the process of
fermentation and interfere a healthy balance of
intestinal flora.

Eating Habit

Avoid or minimize those foods, and eat foods that
produce “friendly bacteria” instead.
Whole grains, vegetables (especially root
veggies), seaweeds are all high in fiber and
cleanse the intestines.
Fermented food such as miso, soy sauce, natto,
tempeh, sauerkraut, umeboshi or other pickles
help produce good bacteria
