February Cooking Class Report

Cooking for busy-lazy New Yorkers, "Stock Dishes from Japan", was successful w/ 9 participants. We made colorful (revolutionary) potato salad, sauteed gobo-turnip-bean w/garlic soy sauce, quick steamed ginger  bok choy and cinnamon banana, all within 1 hour. 

And the key to success in being a healthy eater is to eat variety of vegetables in variety of cooking styles, not just salad (that's boring!).

To make it happen, these "stock dishes" are the secret : )
