Dairy food

Dairy food is one of the most common and popular food in
modern diet, from milk, to cream, cheese, butter, and yogurt.
And a lot of people are eating these foods for their “health”.
But in fact, overconsumption of dairy food is one of the main
causes of various health problems.

Allergy symptoms

Human body recognizes protein in dairy as foreign substance,
since they do not belong to our body (obviously)
Then the body's immune system starts to attack them, causing
allergic symptoms such as digestive problems, sneezing, skin
problems etc.

Also, d
airy food clogs lymph channel, especially around lungs
and colon, since the protein
s in dairy product are too big to be
absorbed completely into our body system
, which also causes
allergic reaction.

It also
stimulates excess mucous production,  and accumulates in
and around
organs (as well as other parts of our body).

A
ll these result in various allergic symptoms such as sneezing,
running nose, sinus congestion, coughing, hay fever, skin
problems and even hearing difficulty.

Cholesterol and saturated fat

This is a well known fact that dairy foods are high in cholesterol
and saturated fat, which can cause
heart/coronary diseases such
as
arterial sclerosis or atherosclerosis, stroke, cardiac infarct.

Dairy foods affects all organs and systems.

Lungs

One of the most affected organs by overconsumption of dairy
product, especially
cheese,  is lungs.

Dairy is high in fat,  and mucus forming, and overtime those fat
and mucus accumulate in and around lungs.
This could cause difficulty of breathing, and eventually could
develop to tumor, and even cancer.

* Swedish study shows that higher consumption of milk increases
the risk of lung cancer, both smokers and nonsmokers.
* recent study suggests that a type of protein in milk stimulates
mucus gland to produce mucus deposit in lungs and intestines.

Hormone imbalance and reproductive organs

Milk contains lots of growth hormone--- to grow baby cows, of
course--, and overconsumption of dairy causes hormone-
imbalance.

Also, because it’s a product of the mammary gland, it primarily
affects human glands, especially reproductive organs.

The most commonly affected are ;
Breast, uterus, ovaries, prostate, thyroid, nasal cavities, pituitary
gland, the cochlea in the ear, and the cerebral area surrounding
the mid brain.

Kidneys

Another organ that dairy foods can weaken is kidneys.
Study shows that children who were bottle-fed are more likely
develop kidney failure in later life than breast-fed children.
Other study also suggests that protein in milk increase the risk of
various kidney diseases.

It appears at first as an accumulation of mucus and fat, then
formation of cysts, tumors and eventually cancers.

Other common problems ;
vaginal discharge, ovarian cysts, fibrosis, uterine cancer, ovarian
cancer, and prostate tumors.

Calcium? "great in the lab, not so much inside the body"

Milk itself contains lots of calcium.
But also very high in protein and fat.
Once inside the body,
these excess protein and fat produces lots
of acids, and
our body needs to use minerals stored in our body,
such as calcium. in order to maintain slightly alkaline state in the
body fluids.
So overconsumption, in fact, causes mineral-calcium deficiency.

In Norway and USA, for example, one of the biggest dairy
consuming countries, has the highest rate of osteoporosis.
Asian and other non-dairy consuming societies have had few
cases of the disease or almost non-existent, until.....they started
to drink milk!

Some vegetables, especially
dark leafy greens and sea
vegetables
, have more calcium than milk and easier to digest in
our body.(without depleting minerals!)

Calcium(mg)/100g

Milk 110mg
Mustard greens 150mg
Daikon top 260mg
Parsley 200mg
Tofu 300mg
Sesame seeds 630mg
Kombu seaweed 600mg
Wakame seaweed 700mg
Hijiki 1400mg

When you stop and think, it is a bit strange that human-beings is
the only animal that continues to consume milk even after we
grow up, also only us that drink (and eat) other animal's milk!

And when we are out of harmony with nature, problems seem to
occur.....

Eating dairy in moderation may not be a big problem, as long as
you are healthy.
(in some cases, I strongly suggest you stop consuming
completely)

But it’s better to avoid
regular, overconsumption!
And if you ever consume dairy food, choose high quality ones
such as organic or grass-fed, instead of hormone-antibiotics-
pesticide laden ones.
And again, in moderation is the key.

And if you are experiencing any of these health problems
mentioned above, I would strongly recommend you stop eating
dairy foods for a while until the condition improves.
