How diseases develop?

"Illnesses do not come upon us out of the blue. They are
developed from small daily sins against nature. When enough
sins have accumulated, illnesses will suddenly appear."
--Hippocrates

How diseases arise?

Diseases / illnesses do not arise suddenly.

Many people, when they get sick, get confused, thinking, “I have been
completely ok. I didn’t change anything recently….eating same things,
doing the same exercise--or not doing at all, doing the same job,
living in the same environment…. Why now?”

Imagine a tree.
A tree’s sustenance comes from the nutrients absorbed through
external roots.
If the quality of nourishment is chronically poor in the soil, the leaves
of the tree eventually start to wither, lose their function, and the whole
tree begins to deteriorate and die.

The same is true for human body.
If the quality of food we take is chronically poor, the cells of our body
eventually lose their normal functional ability and the whole body
starts to deteriorate.

Diseases develops over a period of time, after taking various stages
of “pre-disease” state ----that is, various symptoms or signs from
small to big.

So it is important to listen to your body, recognize the signs and do
something about it before it’s too late.

So how illnesses develop?

1 discharge

Normal elimination occurs through urination, bowel movement,
respiration, and perspiration.

If the body needs to discharge toxins (excess, improper foods) more
rapidly, fever, diarrhea or other allergic reaction (sneezing, running
nose, etc) will occur.

Chronic discharge is the next stage, which can appear such as skin
problems.
Skin problems are the sign that the kidneys have started to lose their
ability to properly filter and cleanse the blood stream.

2 accumulation of mucus and fat

If we continue to eat poorly, we eventually exhaust the body’s ability to
discharge.
And internal deposit of mucus and fat begin to form in some body
parts and organs.(usually lungs and kidneys are the first organs. Also
“gaining weight” is the sign of this accumulation.)

Repeated over-consumption of meat, poultry, eggs,
dairy, sugar and
other fatty, oily foods leads to this stage.
And internal organs and body system eventually start to dysfunction.

Now this answers your question, “why now all of a sudden? After all
those years with no problems!!”

Yes, after all those years of accumulating toxins, the body system
cannot function properly anymore!

3 storage

In this stage, excess in various forms is stored within and around the
deeper, more vital organs, such as heart and liver.
Now everybody knows that food high in saturated fat and cholesterol
can clog the blood vessels and increase the risk of heart attack.

This stage shows that over-consumption of meat, dairy, poultry, eggs
as well as sugar by far exceeds the body’s capacity to discharge them.
And this stage can be fatal.

**Note that depends on food, the organ/body system that mucus and
fat accumulates is different.
e.g.
meat, eggs, cheese --- lung, prostate, ovary, pancreas, and liver.
milk --- breast, uterus, throat

4 Degeneration of blood and lymph

If we continue to consume those foods, lungs and kidneys(the first
organs to be affected) begin to dysfunction –filtering and cleansing
the blood---, and leads to further deterioration of blood quality, and
also affects --lymph system, swelling and inflammation of lymph gland,
---and eventually red blood cells and white blood cells become
affected.

5 tumor and cancer

when red blood cells start to lose their capacity to change into normal
blood cells, a naturally healthy blood stream will not be created
anymore.
In order to prevent immediate collapse, the body localizes the toxins
at this stage in the form of tumor.
As long as poor and improper nourishment is taken in, the body
continues to isolate abnormal excess and toxins in specific areas,
resulting in the continual growth of cancer.

When a particular location can no longer absorb the toxic excess, the
body must search for another place to localize it, and so the cancer
spreads.

Conclusion

If we listen to our body, recognize the signs and change the eating
habit, serious illnesses will not develop.
Or even if you already have some illnesses, changing your diet to
healthier one can prevent further deterioration.
And of course, the sooner, the better.

Remember, what you eat builds your body, healthy or unhealthy.
