Dry Skin
Dry skin is caused either by dehydration or by
overconsumption of fats and oils.
Oftentimes, there is the formation of fat layers under the
skin, which prevent the elimination of moisture toward the
surface.
It shows that there is relatively large amount of both fat
and cholesterol in the blood stream.
Underlying cause
What have you been eating lately?
Diet high in fat and cholesterol, such as meat, dairy, eggs,
poultry, as well as sugar and fruits develops the fat
accumulations, including under the skin, leading to dry,
hard skin.
The fat accumulation may be occurring around the heart,
in the arteries, spleen, pancreas, prostate and uterus, too.
In some cases, there may be hardening of arteries,
irregular pulse, mental rigidity, and even formation of
cysts, tumors and cancers.
Solution
Eliminate all meat, dairy, eggs, poultry, as well as sugar
and sweets from the diet is advisable.
