Colds, flu, overeating/drinking (discharge), fatigue
Fever is our body’s natural defense mechanism,
either fighting against viruses/bacteria or
discharging accumulated toxins from the body.
Over eating/drinking makes digestive organs
swollen, which also causes fever, accompanied with
fatigue.
So popping a pill to force it down is not a good idea.
Eating less (give organs/systems some break) and
rest well is the best course of action.
Here are some ways to help reduce the fever
naturally.
Drink Daikon drink (help perspiration)
With high fever
