Health Coaching is a big commitment. Before you jump start, you may want to know if this is the right approach for you, or this coach (in this case, me) is the one you want to work with.
This free trial includes a simple questionnaire, followed by a short interview based on it, then I'll give you one or two dietary suggestions that you can try for 10 -14 days.
After 2 weeks, I'll contact you again and ask if you like to have a full session and start the program. If you don't want to, that's totally ok.
