Oil and Allergy Sensitive Body

Recent Japanese study shows that when you take too much
vegetable based oil--- any kinds---, it ends up coating the wall
of the cell inside your body overtime, and that's how allergen
sensitive body is developed.

Also when you take too much oil, your body system cannot
digest it and it comes out though hair gland, which causes all
the skin problems, such as acne, eczema and itchiness.

Some people are allergic to certain foods, and they have to
stop eating those foods completely the rest of their lives.
But this study suggests that
1) the root cause is not the food itself, but the body that
overly sensitive to certain foods, and ,
2) the root cause is often developed by overtaking oil,
3) and unless you stop or reduce the intake of oil, the
problem won’t go away and even worse, there will be more
foods that you will have to give up.

In fact, this “non oil diet therapy” has helped many people
overcome the allergy sensitive body, and they can now eat
the foods that they once thought would not ever be able to
eat in their lives!

Other foods that could develop allergy sensitive body

In general, the molecule of animal proteins is so big---
compared to grains and vegetables--- that our human body
cannot completely digest them.

And the foods that your body could not digest first go into the
blood stream and produce antibody.(hard on the immune
system)
Also they stay inside the body system and start to rot, which
try to come out though the hair gland, and cause skin
problem and itchiness.

Also those accumulated rotten foods release some toxic
gases inside the body, which muddy the blood and become
the root cause of various diseases such as cancers.

Tips

1 Reduce intake of oil.

Or if you are experiencing skin problems or itchiness, stop
taking oil completely for a while and see how it goes.

No oil, or just a tea spoon of oil is enough for a big salad, by
using other seasonings such as vinegar or soy sauce.
Also when you stir fry or sauté, use just a few drop of oil and
spread with brush so you don’t need to use too much of it.
Even better, try some vegetable stew recipes, which don’t
require any oil at all.

2 Reduce or avoid intake of animal protein, such as
meat, poultry, eggs, and
dairy. as well as sugar and
refined foods.

For instance, on average, it takes an adult about a week to
digest just one egg.
Save an omelet for your Sunday brunch, and try “scramble
tofu” during the week.

Dairy food such as milk, cheese, butter, yogurt is also a big
culprit of allergies.

If you cook meat, use it to add some flavor to the vegetable
based dishes, instead of a big main meal.
Or some vegetables such as daikon radish---grated---help
digest meat.
