Salt Bath
any acidic conditions
chronic fatigue, pain/aches, skin problems,
infections, weak immune, or emotional negativity

also good to strengthen kidneys
In the salt bath(1% salt), osmosis takes place
where small amount of liquid will be drawn out
through your skin, and the minerals in the body
fluids will naturally become concentrated.
This causes slight, yet beneficial rise in alkalinity
of your body fluids.
How to do it?
Add 1 pound of salt(any sodium chloride) to each
12 gallons of hot/warm water.(not too hot)
* about 24 to 36 gallons is average bathtub.
so about 2 to 4 cups of salt for the bathtub.
take a bath so the water is up to just below your
chest, and stay for about 20 to 30min.
take the bath every other day for about a month,
then take it regularly.
* make sure the water is not too hot.
* if any dizziness, or palpitation, slowly get out of
the bath.
* if you have any heart problems, consult with your
doctor first.
