Seasonal Allergy
Root causes of Allergy symptoms
According to Eastern philosophy, although allergens such as pollen
or dust can trigger allergic symptoms, they are not the primary
cause.
Instead, when toxins are accumulated in the body system from poor
diet, that is, when you keep eating foods that demand more
digestive power than you can process, ----meat, eggs, dairy, oils,
sugar, refined food etc ---those foreign substances go into blood
stream and produce antibody.(especially protein in dairy is the
hardest to digest, one of the primary causes of allergy symptoms)
Also they move beyond the digestive tract via the circulatory
system, settling in various body tissues and clogging internal
energy pathways.
Then immune system becomes overly defensive, in order to
protect the body, and violently attack even harmless
substances like pollen, causing pointless symptoms.
Tips to fight against allergy
: Avoid certain foods for a while, such as oil, meat, eggs, dairy,
sugar to cleanse the body system.
Instead, Eat something easy on your stomach. Take more whole
grains, fresh seasonal vegetables and fruits.
Enjoy lunch when your digestive system is strongest and eat light
for dinner.
: Drink warm water with lemon or ginger, or herbal tea
throughout the day , especially when you eat, which helps your
digestion. Cold drink, carbonated drink disturbs digestion.
: Stimulate circulation by walking, swimming, cycling, yoga, or
breathing exercise.
: “Dry brush” massage is good , too.
: Clear the nose with warm salted water.
