Sweet vegetable drink

Helps soften the tightness caused by long term
consumption of animal foods.
Also helps relax the body and muscle.
Especially beneficial to soften pancreas,
stabilize blood sugar level, satisfy the desire for
sweet and reduce the crave for simple sugar.

AIDS, Alzheimer, atopy, bone cancer, brain
tumor, lung problems, cancers (breast,
kidneys, overian, pancreatic, skin, stomach,
thyroid/throat),
diabetes, hypoglycemia
(
craving for sugar), Lyme disease, stress,
rheumatoid arthritis, SAD, etc…

Finely cut sweet vegetables (onion, carrot,
cabbage, winter squash)
Boil with 3 to 4 times amount of water
Add veggies
Boil and simmer for about 20 to 30 min
Strain the veggies from the broth and drink
either hot or warm
