Protection from Swine Flu
Build a strong body against viruses

1 40% vs 60%

In the last 100 years, there were 3 major flu pandemic in the world.
(1918, 1957, and 1968)
And astonishing 40% of the population was infected and got sick!
But that also means 60% did not.
The difference between them?
Some suggest that it was their “quality of blood”.

2 Virus is a pure protein

Virus itself is a pure protein.
Biologically, viruses are not “live” or “living thing”, meaning they do not
have metabolism and cannot grow on their own.
So technically we cannot “kill” them.
However, we can “break them up”, as we do other protein, such as
meat, fish and others.

3 “Dirty blood” attracts viruses --acidic blood

Think about rivers.
Up in the mountain where the stream is running fast, the water is clean
and healthy, no room for diseases.
While river mouth near a big city, where the water is stagnant, muddy
and dirty, they look so unhealthy, and lots of bacteria, viruses and
other diseases are breeding.

Our blood is the same.
Unhealthy, weak (acidic) blood attracts viruses/disease and they breed
inside,  while healthy, clean and strong blood stream has no room for
them.

Acidic blood leads to poor health, and causes all sorts of health
problems.

4 What makes the blood dirty (acidic) ?

Meat, poultry, eggs, dairy, fish, seafood

Those animal food (protein) are already “dead”, and naturally they start
to decompose and rot once inside our body (they cannot be digested
inside our body system completely), and release toxic gas.
Overtime, the toxic gas goes into the blood stream and makes the
blood dirty and unhealthy.

We all know that saturated fat in those food clogs the blood vessels
and stagnates the blood stream.
Also, we should know that flu viruses in the lab is cultivated on egg yolk.
Egg protein accelerates the growth of viruses.

Sugar.

Simple sugar is another food that makes your blood acidic.
* sugar itself is alkaline, but inside blood stream, it becomes acidic.

In lab tests, two dishes were set. One was with water with sugar, the
other with salted water.
Bugs unmistakably went straight to the sugary water.

Take note that even honey, fruits or juice are simple sugar.

Overeating

Overeating, even “healthy food”, also makes the blood dirty since your
body cannot digest all the food you take and the rest starts to
accumulate, rot, and release toxic gas, too.

** The sign of overeating?
Body odor. Especially overeating of animal protein is strong!
Eye mucus, fatigue are also signs of overeating.

5 Foods that make the blood clean in order NOT to attract them

Whole grains, vegetables, sea vegetables are all good to make the
blood clean and healthy.
Plant based diet can maintain your blood clean (ph  balanced) and
build healthier, stronger body so we do not attract virus in the first
place.

Even if the viruses enter our body, the environment is so harsh for
them to breed easily.

6 Foods that “break down” proteins(viruses)
phytoncide

Most of the plants have their own natural defense system to protect
themselves from virus and other diseases.(phytoncide)
for example, studies show that grated garlic releases some kind of gas
and instantly paralyzed the bacteria near it, and after 10minutes, they
all died.
Another study shows that gas released from grated onion killed yeast
near it in 30minutes.
(Dr.Tokin discovered that when some plants was “damaged”, they
release some kind of volatile gas that can kill fungus, bacteria, virus.

Phytoncide, click here)

Traditionally in Japan, we use umeboshi pickled plum as a antiseptics
to keep food from rotting.
Also the reason why sushi always comes with wasabi and ginger is not
just for flavor, but to kill germs on raw fish.

It is interesting to know that Tamiflu is made from Chinese spice star
anise (illicium).

Tips to fight against flu epidemic

1 Eat plant (both land and sea)based diet and “harahachibu”

High in fiber, vitamins and minerals.
Plant based diet makes your blood, body clean and healthy and strong.

Avoid overeating.
They say in Japan “harahachibu”, meaning “stop eating when you are
80% full”
Even “healthy food” can be toxic when you overeat.
Chewing well ---50 times per mouth full—helps you prevent overeating.

2 Avoid, or limit animal proteins and sugar

Especially in flu season, avoid or cut down on these food since they
make you more susceptible to viruses,  and once inside, viruses would
breed and thrive on them.

3 Cultivate healthy intestinal flora

Miso, soy sauce, umeboshi plum, natto, tempeh, saurcraft etc, those
fermented foods produce so called “friendly bacteria” inside your
intestine.
And plant based ones are better than animal based ones such as
yogurt and cheese, since those protein is too big to be digested and
stays inside your body.
(more about dairy, click here)
The more friendly bacteria in your intestine, the less room for bad ones!

4 Have foods that help break down protein(virus)

garlic(grated), ginger(grated), daikon(grated), onion, scallion, leek,
wasabi, cabbage, lemon, some spices are all good.

5 Rely on your own antiseptic power

Saliva and gastric acid are so strong that they could kill most of the
virus and bacteria.
Chew well –to produce saliva---50 to 100 times per mouth full.
And do not drink too much water or other liquid before, during and after
your meal to maximize the power of gastric acid.
* it’s better not to drink anything about 30minutes after your finish
eating.
