Natural, Balanced Way to Weight Loss
Weight Loss Program with Jin : )

Why is it so hard to lose weight?
or even after having lost weight, why so easy to re-gain
the weight again?

Eating unbalanced, unnatural "dietary regimen" may
temporarily help lose weight, but the body tries to
"balance" itself and makes you crave "no-no" food even
more.

For instance, having tried eating salad excessively, or
"no-carb" diet, and at the end of the day, cannot help
but craving for fatty food or dessert....Sounds familiar?

We need a good balance of
complex carbohydrates,
protein and fat
. If one (or two) is missing, or
lacking("one-sided diet"), your body naturally tries to
balance it out, which results in "cravings".(normally,
"bad" foods)

*good balance "1 : 7"
mineral : protein & fat = 1 : 7
Protein & Fat : Complex Carbohydrates = 1 : 7

*"Low carb, high protein diet" ?
First, this idea has two completely different carbs mixed
up. simple carbs(refined food, simple sugar etc) vs
complex carbs (whole grains, vegetables, beans, sea
weeds).
also taking too much protein makes the blood too acidic
and could cause various health problems.
This regimen may temporarily work as a "weight loss",
but in the long run, this overly unbalanced diet does not
do any good, or even harmful.
